CLEANING YOUR CONTACT LENSES
It only takes a few minutes to clean your reusable contact lenses with the appropriate solution to maintain excellent lens comfort and eye health.
IMPORTANT THINGS TO REMEMBER
Wash Your Hands
Ensure your hands are washed, clean and dry to avoid irritation.
Begin With The Same Eye
Start with the same eye every time you put on or take off your contact lenses. This way you won’t mix them up.
Clean Lenses After Removal
Always clean your reusable contact lenses immediately after you take them off. If you wear daily disposable lenses, simply discard them after use.
Never Use Tap Water To Clean A Lens Or Lens Case
As it may contain impurities that can contaminate or damage your lenses and may lead to eye infection or injury. Always use fresh contact lens disinfecting solution.
How to clean your reusable contact lenses
Fill your clean case
with fresh contact lens disinfecting solution before every use.
Clean the first lens
by placing it in the clean, dry palm of your hand. Apply a few drops of contact lens disinfecting solution, and with one finger gently rub the lens back and forth to clean the lens surfaces.
Rinse the lens
thoroughly with a few more drops of the prescribed solution, then put the lens into your clean contact lens case.
Repeat
this routine for your other lens, close the case and leave your lenses to soak. Refer to your contact lens solution instructions for details on how long to soak your contact lenses or how often to change the solution if you don’t wear them every day.
HOW TO CLEAN YOUR LENS CASE
Empty
Empty your contact lens case of the old solution.

Rinse your case with fresh contact lens solution.
Air-Dry
Allow contact lens container to air-dry, upside down on a clean tissue.

Replace your contact lens case on a regular basis, usually every month.
